「The property is well maintained and retains its character very well. Breakfast was excellent with good options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again.」

「We had room 6, bejou and spotless. Just 3 little gripes in the bathroom. 1) There is no blind on the window. 2) Mirror over basin is stomach height, husband had to bend double to shave. 3) No shelf for toiletries. Otherwise the hotel is great. The food is FABULOUS. Biggest lamb shank i'd ever had. Breakfast bacon is a must and perfect fried eggs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again」

Bathtub comfortable but needs a grab rail on the wall for those of us less abled to help us climb out. Otherwise can’t fault it!」

「The hotel is a seventeenth century building and has a stylish interior. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome at the hotel. This is a four star hotel. The room I was in was comfortable and with a very clean bathroom. Food is served most of the day seven days a week and it is very appetising and portions of food are generous. The menus are diverse there is something for every taste. This hotel is close to all the shops, and transport hubs. 」
