「Lovely old country house. Friendly staff. Tasty evening meal and excellent choice for breakfast. Lots of gluten free options. Huge comfortable room with seating area and nice views. Peaceful location with easy access to the main road. Dog friendly. Nicely maintained grounds with lots of seating. Our third visit and never disappoints.」

「The property was great. My party really enjoyed it. The only issue is that it was very cold when we arrived. I would suggest in winter having the heat on several hours prior to guest arrival. Otherwise, a great experience. 」

「The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble, we requested a quieter room due to it being a Saturday night and was put on the 2nd floor. The restaurant food was lovely, this is such a lovely place to stay in Shrewsbury very central would definitely stay here again in the summer 」
