"This property should be condemned. I booked a handicap room and what we received was two full-size beds in a very cramped room that my walker wouldn’t even get around and a bathtub with no bars on it to hang onto in which I fell getting in one day, the ceiling was deteriorating and falling on the floor and on top of the beds. We have pictures of everything to show you. The back door to the back parking lot had been broken for three nights straight and no signage at all was posted about it. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they just said oh yeah it’s broken. The whole time we were there we did not have our sheets changed not once however we did have some clean towels delivered. We finally came upon a friendly employee this morning, March 3 as we were checking out. He was absolutely the best! All the rest of your employees need to take a customer service class. I will never stay again in a La Quinta Inn. I do feel that we need to physically talk to somebody about this horrible stay… All they could keep saying was they couldn’t wait for April for the remodel. This place does not need a remodel. It needs to be tore down and rebuilt."

"The night staff was very friendly and helpful. It was sometimes hard to find staff to help though and people would wait during lunch breaks. The room was recently renovated and clean. It had most of the necessities, I just had to ask for a blanket but was not able to get a hair dryer. The location was on a very busy road, but the sound wasn't bad and we were fairly close to town. The towels were very small and thin, but it had almost everything I needed at a great price. It was nice to have the microwave and fridge too. I would stay there again in the future. "
