「The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection. Overall, much...

「Wonderful staff」

「Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. 」

「The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low」

「Top-notch 5-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. It felt really nice to be able to rest and enjoy at the hotel after a long, sweaty day in Phnom Penh. I opted for executive lounge access. The light food and cocktails were delicious. The infinity pool was definitely worth a visit, too. Highly recommended.」

「The hotel is newly open, very clean and spacious room. The staff is quite nice. Breakfast is chinese style, very good.」

「Owner so friendly and staffs all well trained. This is my 3rd time stays.. Will stay only this area while I am in Phnom Penh」
