"my stay was fabulous! However the reception front desk employees are not well trained. one gentleman was rude and the female gave contradictory comments. Also guests should be briefed that they have to let front desk know if they want air conditioning. "

"Situated in grand building which used to be a baron’s home. Impressive first impression. Modern and clean throughout. Very comfortable room which was spotless. Great nights sleep. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel. Whilst hotel had a pool, it was freezing and the sauna was up two floors rather than being on the same level. Very convenient for access into the main city."
