「We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. 「Very Comfortable. Flat was well kept and tidy. Space was perfect for purpose of stay, the kids loved it and felt at home. Only downside was host expected me to do the cleaner's job, do the bins and also put the trash away... I left the apartment as tidy as i can, did the bins but certainly did not take away the trash. However, i would not let that change the fact that i had a pleasant stay and the flat was well looked after.」
