「Nous sommes toujours ravies de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins et professionnel. Petits bémols : toujours pas de coussins sur les chaises longues à la plage. Jus de fruits chimiques et très sucrés. Autrement, tout est bien.」

「Nightmare stay...or non stay! Finally arrived after driving along dirt roads for 30 mins trying to find the place. Google maps will take you to a deserted beach. Dragged suitcases 50 yards over rough pavers from gravel parking lot. No pillows in room, trash not emptied and greasy headboard on bed. Ok, its just a place to sleep for one night. 30 minutes later extreme loud music starts blasting. Find out they'd booked an 18th birthday party but didnt bother to message us beforehand to give us an...

「Easily one of best hotels we ever stayed in! Goregous suite with wrap around deck and stunning views of the sea and city of Pula. Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay Beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and fresh. We are already planning another visit to this great hotel! 」

「Service was above and beyond. We arrived late and they had prepared us our own meal which they kept in the fridge. They also gave us a bottle of prosecco on the house. I'm not sure if this was a one off or they do this for all guests but we were very happy. 」
