Staff was very friendly. Room was newply renovated and extremely clean. Location is great, very close to Masjid Nabawi, and they provided chairs for us too!

Hotels are nice - except that when we arrived around 4:30-5 both of ours were not checked in till around 6pm as ours rooms weren’t ready - but they were only allocating once we arrived - not ideal after long drive and if the times clash with salah times makes it difficult to leave stuff and go pray.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren sehr sehr freundlich. Wir hatten 4 Nächte dort übernachtet und haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause wohl gefühlt! Mitarbeiter an der Kaffeeteria Borhan, Housekeeping Mitarbeiter Maruf, waren zu uns besonders freundlich. Wenn wir nochmal nach Medina kommen, werden wir ohne zu überlegen nochmal diesen Hotel buchen.

This was my first stay in Al Madinah and I am very impressed and happy with Elaf Taiba! They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond to help you. Pros: - Luxurious feel, warm welcoming at checking with Hibscus tea - Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah - Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view. Cons: None I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4.
