"Staff was very polite, but the cleaning staff may be a bit understaffed. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and never really had proper housekeeping. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper several times because we were never left any. Our trash was picked up once during our 3 night stay. The beds were not neatly made, and the sheets were never changed. The elevators were very slow, and we did actually get stuck in one of them. They had to reset it to make the doors open. It was not a terrible stay, but I might try another venue next time."

"Not what it looks like on line. The check in staff is very nice however if you have questions or concerns about anything they are ver dismissive. The spa temperature was so high the one night that an elderly man got burns on his feet from the water. When we reported it to the night staff they said they would report it to the morning maintenance. When we inquired the following day the man at the front desk didn’t know anything about it and rolled his eyes. We had to tell him that it was very serious to get him to even call the maintenance person. The rooms are clean but the bathroom had chipped paint and you could see where there was prior water damage. The shower head doesn’t move so unless you are five six you have to squat to rinse your hair. They only change the linens and towels every 3 days unless you want to pay mor for it. The complimentary breakfast doesn’t have real healthy options. No whole wheat toast only white or white bagels. Oranges no berries or bananas. No healthy cereals. They look healthy if you don’t really care about health. Seeing as how it’s at the medical center I thought it would be more health centered. We had an emergency and had to check out 3 days early and even though it was still before the check out time for the third day they would only refund 2 days because it broke the original booking. It’s also right off the highway so you you hear the highway noise all night. It is a safe location "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Stayed one night for a baseball tournament and about 15 vehicles were broken into and vandalized all around the parking area. They claim to have cameras and security guards, however, we were never able to speak to the security guard they claim to have and he must of been asleep on the job that night if nobody noticed that many vehicles being damaged. They offered no help at all other than instructing us to call the PD. Our vehicle was parking a few feet away from the front office, unbelievable that so many people were affected and nobody cared!! Again DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"The receiving staff was awesome, greeted me and made me very comfortable since I got the 3 hour early, directed me to have lunch while securing my suitcase. On my return, she booked me in two hours early. The room, very spacious and clean and the breakfast was not bad. Would love for them to add a restaurant to the property and service. "
