"The room was cold we had to use a space heater. The adjoining room had the light on all night and we could see light all around the door all night long . I gave notice to day staff that we would be checking out early and she rold me to tell the day staff because she didn't know how to do refunds. Come the next day they said i didnt give 24 notice so they charged me for the day i wasnt there. Not impressed with so called Manger not professional at all. I wouldn't let a dig stay there."

"The pillows were small square pillow and should be king size pillows in a king bed suite, I’d bring my own next time if I could. There was a big gap under the door that allowed noise and a door sweep should be put on it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly access to the casino and good steakhouse. I’d give higher rating if the couple things I mentioned were remedied. Overall a decent place"

"Room was small but decent. Bed was a bit lumpy, pillows were hard. In the a there was a radio alarm going off in room across from at 630 am and did not stop. Otherwise good for one night. "

"I had a very comfortable stay here, and the price was very affordable. I ate at the restaurant which was quite good. They let me check out a few hours late with no extra charge which was very helpful."

"Easy check-in. Clean property and room. TV too old and would not work with console. Decent Internet."

"The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold. "
