「New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. 」

「Firstly the policy of cleaning your room every 3 days is unbelievable. I thought I was in India in a hostel. Not only is it 3 days you have to ask. Same if you want towels changed you have to ask. I stayed 6 days sheets never changed and I had to ask for room to be cleaned day before I left. Cleaning was make bed again with changing sheet. Change towels and empty bin. They say this is policy but they state it in no literature or add for this property. Don’t even tell you when you arrive. When...
