「The inside of the rooms is actually very well done and there are even stoves available for cooking if needed. It was also quiet and everything went well.」

「Friendly staff, quick check-in, ease of parking, room had everything and more, clean, comphy bed. Didn't use the pool. Only thing I'd suggest would be to have signage around the inside of the hotel explaining where the front desk was. The halls were very confusing. I got turned around, so I had to go back to the room and leave by the back door.」

「The breakfast is good for the average person. I am gluten free therefore I had to supply my own breakfast. Having Gluten free options on hand would be something to offer your guests. The brand Promise is a good gluten free bread, Chex by General Mills also offers a gluten free dry cereal. I believe having them on hand with a sign for your guests would be a benefit. Offering eggs is something else to consider.」

「Excellent location - close to the highway and far east section of Medicine Hat. Staff were very friendly both at checkin and checkout, site also had free bottled water and snacks. Room was clean and large, had many extra touches such as a wooden bench for clothes in the washroom, glass door shower (not a flimsy curtain), decorative door in front of fridge,and 24hour room service. Will be staying again our next time through. 」
