"This is our go to stop whenever we travel from WA to CA and back. They allow small dogs which is a big deal to us. The staff is great, and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. The rooms are big, clean and well kept. The location is our favorite. With a view of the river and a patio/balcony to view it is so relaxing. My only issue is that the bed is a little firmer than my older body prefers so I bring along a big fluffy blanket from home and slip it under the sheet to give...

"Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad....
