Staff was really nice HOWEVER there is a $100 deposit that wasnt advertised and i didnt have the money for it so when i said i dont have the money the lady was nice enough to understand and trust us and let us stay without paying the deposit since they had our card on file just incase.

Stayed there many times, family run. Very Nice people. Clean, safe, new rooms, all that you would need. Close to many bars and Restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. Great prices also. Can't go wrong here, great palce to stay.

Great room and price in the ghetto

I was looking for a room with plenty of room for me and two other people. The room was huge and cheap. The area was not great but I wanted to save a couple of dollars for shopping and tweakers and hookers walking down the street doesn’t scare me.

Though an older facility, as a single male traveler, it was great. The location is now surrounded by newer places to stay, yet this area is the older side of the area it was safe enough. I would stay again when on that side of Medford.
