After staying in this building several times, this last stay was not very good. The shower didn’t have hot water. The staff is super friendly and tried to help at all times. They sent the maintenance person, and the water only worked somewhat well one day. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to finally get hot water. It was a lot of time wasted for three people to shower.

I've stayed in six apartment hotels and this is the best of the bunch if you don't mind not having a pool, gym, or hot tub on site. The staff are friendly and helpful. I needed to extend my stay and the manager was able to do that for me without even changing apartments. The apartments are well furnished, clean, modern, and beautiful with wood paneling throughout from the entrance door to the closets and wallboard. Nicely decorated and in good condition with a combo washer / dryer. Friendly efficient staff including cleaning staff. Solid breakfast which is complementary with meats, cheeses, fruits, juices, coffee, tea, toast, croissants, eggs, and one hot dish..when I saw meatballs I was reluctant because even Italian restaurants in the USA struggle to make an edible meatball but here the meatballs were fabulous second only to my Italian mother's recipe. My favorite supermarket Carulla's is literally across the strett along with a movie theather and shopping center. The noise level is a steady hum from traffic but as long as drivers don't blow their horns, which few do, it's not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped including dish soap and the laundry comes with pods. Ample closet space. Beautifull tile work in the bathrooms. The air conditioning works well. The furniture is solid. The couch is comfortable, not super low to the floor as it is in some hotels. If the coach had a chaise lounge would be perfect but the apartment we had came with a twin bed in the living room.

Marvellous Apartment with a view & a washer

When we stepped into the apartment, we were stunned to see the mountain view, the bedroom and living room are more spacious than we anticipated. Kitchen seems well maintained although we never did cook. We really appreciated the washing machine, wished there was a drier as well. And there are two washrooms!

Buena ubicación y vistas increíbles.

Un lugar muy recomendado para hospedarse. Es un departamento muy buen ubicado tiene cerca el centro comercial Santa Fé y a unos minutos el metro. Zona muy tranquila descansas muy bien y las vistas mientras más alto estés son increíbles. Te dan horno, lavadora, trastes, refrigerador. Solo es una recámara y 2 camas en la sala pero son cómodas todas.

How can i explain this place . WOW !! I’m gasping for air !!! I brought my wife , sister in law , daughter and family Dog. They all were amazed how comfortable the beds were . Also very friendly staff . We arrived late and where treated well, our apartment was spotless bathrooms were great . Everything about this place is great . Greatly recommend it specially if you have multiple people in your Party . Well worth the money spent . Slept perfectly well!! Thank you for the hospitality!!!
