We had a 5 night stay. Not enough staff during check in. Breakfast items were not that great, and it was super busy. We had our light on for housekeeping 3 days and nobody came to tidy up. We finally got it cleaned the night before we checked out. It's great for a budget hotel but it definitely does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel that offer free transportation to kaaba. It takes 6 minutes by bus. Decent breakfat and multiple restaurants around the area. The gym open at noon and closes around midnight. Downside there are too many children in the gym which is distraction. Also, there are good coffee shop and souvenir shops inside the hotel . I highlly recommend this hotel.

3 star service from a so called 5 star hotel

Booked room with view on arrival was asked to pay extra almost 500 gbp for same room which was already booked Parking was over priced Air conditioning was faulty asked to have it checked the guy came out twice and still didn’t work gave up trying in the end Breakfast was good staff were very polite House keeping was excellent kept the room spotless and always worked around us Valet service was slow and no way of asking the car to be bought up whilst you make your way down to collect have to go there and then wait 10 mins for somebody to collect your car and the parking charge was 320 gbp for 5 days

Check in was not allowed as advertised on expedia after long flight from UK. Thrown from one post to another between expedia and holiday inn staff. Ended up leaving luggage at hotel storage and went for umrah Hotel staff unhelpful however expedia team did offered me compesation for all the inconvinience. Shuttle service is overcrowded with people standing and falling over each other amd is gopd 15-20 min drive from hotel On way back from haram you need to change 2 shuttles to get back to hotel of you have kids or elderly you need to race with other people who mostly dont understand english. If you have kids or elderly think before booking and see if you can find a hotel near haram.

The hotel was very nice and front desk staff was very friendly and allows us to check in early. The breakfast buffet was good with different varieties. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future 😀

The Hotel was so clean. Front desk staff was very friendly although we arrived very late. The Hotel overall was very comfortable with a shuttle bus every hour to Holly Sight. Breakfast was so good with lots of variety of food that satisfies all tastes.
