"It was my first time staying at Soboba Casino Hotel and I was definitely impressed. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at… from the moment I arrived, to the moment I checked out, it was a great experience. The place is immaculate, the staff is a pleasure… the pool is beautiful, and the views are also beautiful. I was honestly not expecting everything I experienced, this was the best place to spend my birthday. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend."

"Pets are welcome and are allowed without a fee. The king room was spacious, but strangely lacked furniture- no table or chairs. No coffee table, no desk. We brought the wicker porch coffee table indoors and that worked fine. The room was affordable, very, very clean, up to date and the bed was comfortable. That is what matters. Towels were sparse and old, but worked fine. There was a large church group meeting near us; they were loud as they arrived shouting across the driveway. I imagine this is probably a usually calm and quiet place. Late lunch at the restaurant was pleasant, delicious and also reasonably priced. Our server was friendly and genuine. We noticed pickleball courts and can’t wait to return! "

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Fridge didn’t work, ac control broken, alarm clock wires shorted out. Trash can liners have to be installed by guest. "

"Room was clean, quiet and I slept like a baby. Staff is very kind. This is now my go to place to book when I’m in the area. "

"The room was gross and unacceptable. Stains on the bed, hair in the sink, dirty bathroom countertop, and the beds were extremely hard. I was only there 10 minutes and left to stay elsewhere. Front desk gentleman, Daniel was the only good part. He was kind and empathetic. Informed me he wasn’t a manager so there wasn’t much he could do except offer a different room. I had already booked elsewhere at that point because I was so disgusted. He also disclosed an issue with house keeping. They were short staffed. When I tried to ask management for a refund the next day, they refused and cited that it was because I didn’t take the room change I was offered which is ridiculous. It shouldn’t have been held against me in those circumstances. "
