「這是一間平價的連鎖飯店，一開始我兒子女兒的浴缸堵塞住了，櫃檯馬上換了一間新的房間給我們，服務算很好，但搞定小孩後，換我自己房間的鑰匙打不開，重新做了二次的磁卡鑰匙，還是無法開啟門鎖，櫃檯人員不相信，又跟著我回房，在門口搞了很久，最後終於打開了！至於隔天的早餐，有土司、貝果、瑪芬、果醬，飲料就果汁跟咖啡，簡單到不行的早餐，但相對它的住宿價格也不高，只是順路的簡單過夜休息，算是還不錯的了！」

「When I arrived… the reception staff let me that a computer glitch was preventing guests from checking in. It was just past 3PM, and the line of arrivals was getting longer. The receptionist had no clue how long the computer issues would last. I decided to go to a fast food late lunch… when I returned to the hotel the problem had not been resolved. I was told to gather my luggage and meet a member of the staff at my room… and they would let me in… without a key… I was unable to leave the room…...

「I picked this hotel not only for the usual hotel amenities, but mainly because they have free shuttle services. The young man who drove me was very friendly and polite. If I’m ever in Albany again I will definitely be staying here. 」
