From the great daytime staff at the front desk to the comfortable, clean rooms and the delicious dinner at the grille, we were unreservedly happy with our stay at the Hilton McDonough, GA. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

When I arrived on Saturday evening, some of the towels in the bathroom did not smell fresh or clean. On Sunday I was out all day attending meetings. Upon my return to the hotel, tired and drained I found my room in the most uncleaned and unhealthy condition. The bathroom was not cleaned. The bed was not made. The trash can was not emptied. There were no clean towels in the bathroom. I brought the conditions to the attention of the front desk staff. I was told that Marriott only cleans...

Check-in was simplistic, and we were pleased with stay. We only had one small issue(shelf in closet area had a eroded bolt and shelf mount needed to be replaced),but other than that cleanliness was definitely on point.
