「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...

「Here's a concise breakdown: Hotel: Excellent. Staff are great and helpful. Food is good and fresh. Your room is decent and cleaned daily including fresh towels. The gym is well stocked including a punching bag. Also, there is a staff member always ready to help you with activities such as safaris or visits to the Giraffe Center.
