Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. The pool/jacuzzi not in working condition as shown. Restaurant was closed and the terrace was closed as well. They could not locate the reservation done through Expedia either

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view of the lake. I feel the state of the pool and bridge over the pool should be updated. I thought it was a larger property than it was. Loud music playing by the pool and heard in the rooms until after midnight.

Great service and very nice apartment, right in the center of San Marcos. Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries. Highly do not recommend. The address is not correct. It took us up some stairs in a barrio where the location was not at. The pictures do not seem real based on where we stayed We had to go down a back alley which was dirty and sketchy. The room was not the same as the pictures even though we booked ...
