「Nous avons passé une nuit à la Fontaine Racine afin de découvrir la Cité Internationale de la Langue Française située à 15 mn en voiture. Cette maison familiale est pleine de charme, avec tout le confort. La décoration est épurée. L'accueil est charmant. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous n'avons pas pu profité du jardin en raison de la météo. La vue sur le canal de l'Ourq est un vrai plus, dommage que les chambres d'hôtes donnent de l'autre côté.」

「Bonjour, La réceptionniste était d’un professionnel sans nom très serviable et a l’écoute. Cependant des l’arrivée dans la chambre a l’ouverture de la porte une odeur de cigarette froide nous a surpris (étant non fumeurs en plus, et avec une enfant de 4 ans) Nous nous sommes donc dirigés vers la réception , cette pauvre dame était désolée car rien ne pouvait être fait car hôtel complet. Et en nous couchant notamment dans le lit du haut mon mari est tombé sur des fourmis pleins de fourmis...

「櫃檯女士的服務非常親切，會很有耐心和顧客溝通，只是在下午二點到五點期間，旅館內沒有任何服務人員。房間內整潔舒適，只是浴室裡抽風機非常大聲，就算是門關起來，睡覺時還是覺得有點吵。旅館的位置離市區有點遠，從車站到旅館，就算是搭乘公車也需要再步行十五分鐘的時間。旅館旁邊有一間超市，買日用品很方便，旅館附近有一間KFC，也可以解決用餐的問題，整體住宿環境還算不錯。」

「Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec notre bébé de 5 mois. Un accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre magnifique, très propre et authentique. Un grand merci ! 」

「超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful. 「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」

「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」
