「We booked this hotel expecting a four-star experience and paid extra for the premium upgrade. Unfortunately, it fell well short. The biggest disappointment by far was the food. Breakfast was genuinely poor, and the buffet seemed terrified of seasoning. If you're coeliac, vegetarian or especially lactose intolerant, the choice is extremely limited.
