「It was football themed for the game, and despite it being very busy the staff still took personal care of everyone. Truly excellent service and friendly staff. 「In Room 214 we could not get the tv remote to turn off the TV. Hubby checked for switches, buttons on the screen and Nope. We were problem solvers and unplugged the tv. 「Love this hotel - my third stay…. Every room is lovely and unique. Wonderful amenities… the tea, breakfast, chocolates… such an extra special touch.
