"We stayed for 3 nights, not once did housekeeping come. There were cockroaches in the room, the room smelled, the bed comforter looked old and it was ripped and the furniture looked old."

"Room was clean but dated as I was in the Tower. The staff were very helpful and check in was easy. I was very early so I stored luggage and went about my day. I was called when my room was ready which was nice. The shuttle to and from the parks were great!!!!!! I’ll stay again!!"
