「When I checked in on Sunday, Dec 7th 2025, there were 3 people checking in at the same time. Despite this, Erica, the lady behind the counter, had me checked in the FASTEST I have ever been checked in. And she did this with a smile on her face and a warm welcome. The staff at the Super 8 Wyndham in Billings is excellent. And Ms. Erica is the best of them all. 」

「While I don’t mind sausages and scrambled eggs, they could have had better temperature control. The facility is could use some maintenance, caulking around showers and toilets, wall paper repairs. But I will be staying at this facility in the future as I have business trip to Billings regularly 」

「The night clerk was amazingly helpful. I hadn't driven quite a long ways and was very tired and she went out of her way to get me a ground floor room which medically I need at 78. The room was very clean. It did have one lock on an outside door that didn't work right. I just reported that in the morning she said thank you and put it on the maintenance list.」
