"The noise was loud in the rooms,you could hear upstairs,next-door! The apron around the bed was torn, when you get in bed. The toilet was not clean. Garbage was left above the heater air conditioner. The mattress was so soft you sunk into it."

When I called them they told me the charge occurred hours after I had checked out of the hotel, I have shopping receipts from other locations that prove I was not at the hotel. I asked if they had proof of this, camera footage? Anything? The gal on the phone became very rude. I asked for a manager to call me, was told they would and never heard back. Thankfully, my card company refunded the charge. 0/10. Will never stay here again. "

"Great Hotel with easy accommodations. I had a flight from Billings. Took my family with me and they thoughouly enjoyed the pool, great slides, and on site restaurant. I needed the shuttle at an early hour, and was able to Geta great and comfortable ride to the airport while the family stayed and slept. Will definitely be staying here again."
