"So convenient if you want to be ready for a departing flight in the morning or a late flight arrival. Rooms were clean and they offered a free breakfast. The only complaint was, the need and pillows were s little too firm for our liking. Other than that great property and we would stay there again,"

"The room was of average cleanliness and the property is a bit rundown. Still it was comfortable and the bed was good. The staff was not very helpful with their shuttle service; it has limitations and restrictions. Moreover, there seems to be s reluctance to be helpful more than absolutely necessary. Nonetheless, I would stay again at the right price."

"Staff was was very helpful and professional. The rooms are VERY clean. Even the AC filters and windows were clean. I think the staff member on the card was yamaguchi? Sorry for the spelling I don't remember - it was the 8th floor. I highly recommend the breakfast. The corn soup was amazing. All was fresh and tasty."

"The room was great, and huge by Japan standards. The only problem was the check in was a bit of a pain. It is all over the phone and if you are a foreigner with a phone from outside of Japan the service isn't the best and issues came up. But overall worth the price and close to the train station."
