「Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. 」

「I made my reservation online. Maybe a map of your property would be helpful online so I would have known the location of different rooms to choose from. Unfortunately, the folks next to us were extremely loud all evening. This obviously was not your fault, but the walls must be very thin. We would definitely return to your property in the future if we are in the area.」

「We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in...

「The room was clean, old, windows were so dirty that you weren't able to see out them? Homeless surrounded the property! Had to pay to paid your car there! Over all it was quite so it made up for all the other stuff. Oh the breakfast was just okay.」

「We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again.」
