「Tv didn’t work Pool was closed and no one told us and it’s why we picked this place. Phone in the room didn’t work. Staff smoking cigarettes at the front door. A pair of used dirty underwear at the front door as you walk in. I want my money back. Do I contact you or the hotel bc they tell me you bc we booked with you.」

「The location was good for ease of getting on and off the highway. The building, room and parking lot were very clean, they have only been at that location for a year. The area is pretty rural. There is a McDonald’s nearby, a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Charlie’s for eating. And there are a couple of gas stations at that exit. The only negative, and it wasn’t a big deal was the number of parking spaces that can be seen from room windows is very limited. So if you’re the type that wants to keep an eye on...
