My visit was unpleasant for the following reasons: 1) I tried checking in and was told there had been many check in the day before; there wasn’t any rooms available. I understood because it was earlier than 3:00 pm. I said would come back. I came back after 3:00 pm and there was still no rooms available. I said would come back. I specifically requested along bed with a tub. I came back, got my room…but there was no bath tub…I came back down and got a new room with a bath tub 2) The second room had a tub, but the door would not open. Two different employees came to assist with the door it finally opened, but not easily. The door was also not easy to open from the inside. 3) once in my room, the television didn’t work. It turned out there were no cables connected to it. Someone came to try to get it connected…1 hour passed and it was still not functioning. 4) I came backdown and got another room. It had a bath tub and a functioning TV…I finally put my things down…and went to bed..only to smell the scent of a man’s cologne or after shave! It was either the pillow or the comforter!
Needless to say, the staff were pleasant, but the experience not good. It was not to the standards of Marriott. Just disappointed.
