"The room was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good. The only downside was the breakfast provided, which was minimal. We were advised by the front desk when we checked in that if we wanted a bigger breakfast that there was a place close by, which was helpful. I would stay there again."

"The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately the window shade broke, came right out of the wall. I tried to call the front desk but there was no number to call, I even tried to call an outside line and it did not work. They key said one room number and the phone had a different room number on it. We went down to the front desk to ask for help or even a different room (in the pouring rain) and the gentleman at the desk was no help at all, just merely said that there was no one there...
"The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, which was needed given how unkempt the property was. My first room had an aggressive ant problem, and the front desk was very helpful with relocating us to another room. I still saw a couple ants..but by that point I figured it was an issue with the whole place, and not just the hotel.
The hotel in general was just dirty. You can tell the general floors weren't vacuumed or clean; even the carpet in our rooms was...moist? I made sure to wear...
