"Great"

"The room was small. The air conditioner works well but needs to be cleaned. There was such a musty smell I went to the store and purchased 2 glade air freshener's to try and get rid of the smell. The free parking lot is hard to find at night and was not lit up so we went to a parking garage a few blocks away. After the first night I received a text asking how my stay was going and if I needed anything. I replied to it but never received a response."

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rugs need to be cleaner and the elevators as well. It's looking shabby in some places. It's an easy hotel since there is parking and the location is really good."

"The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately the window shade broke, came right out of the wall. I tried to call the front desk but there was no number to call, I even tried to call an outside line and it did not work. They key said one room number and the phone had a different room number on it. We went down to the front desk to ask for help or even a different room (in the pouring rain) and the gentleman at the desk was no help at all, just merely said that there was no one there...
