Rooms are very comfortable and surprisingly large for a Japanese hotel. Good luggage storage system. Library area very pleasant to relax and have a drink while waiting to check in We were lucky enough to get one of only 5 parking spots on site Near Tram stop for Dogo Onsen.

Hotel was very clean and had a nice breakfast. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, yet they only provided 2 towels and 2 pillows. The front desk staff was able to get us additional towels but said the hotel ran out of pillows. How does a hotel not buy enough pillows for their rooms? If only going to prepare room for 2 guests, then they shouldn’t book for 4. We made the reservation months in advance, so plenty of time to prepare. Ultimately, lack of pillows and small beds made for a poor night sleep. The parking lot options are a few blocks away, so also not the most convenient for carrying luggage.

Super new and clean hotel, small rooms but it’s got everything we need, especially with the laundry facility. Only downside is parking not that convenient but otherwise perfect stay!

The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the room size was very roomy which allow me to leave my 2 28" luggage open on the floor.

Very safe and convenient location, walkable to the JR Station (16mins), local train station (2mins), shopping and nightlife district (10 - 15mins). Takashimaya is next door, with their basement food court, so you will never run out of food options. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had fantastic breakfast buffet every day (7 dishes, 2 soups, bread, waffle bar). Laundry facilities were also top notch (IC card payment accepted). Staff were helpful and efficient - really more like a 4 star hotel. Pillows could be better (they offer extra plush pillows as amenities, but they were always borrowed out so I didn't get one). Seems to attract many business travel guests and young families with children. Not a problem for me but something to be aware of e.g. breakfast is crowded at 6.30am - 7am, and the only 2 elevators may require waiting due to parents with children. I truly enjoyed my stay, 10/10 would book again!

他のコンフォートホテルと同様の設備、快適さで過ごせました。ハズレが無いのでとても信頼できます。 松山市駅に近く、交通アクセスはとっても良い立地です。 近くのコンビニまで5分くらい歩きますし、近くにレストラン、居酒屋があまり無いので、松山の夜を楽しむなら20分くらい歩いて大街道まで行った方が良いと思います。

적당한 가격에 나무랄 것 없는 룸컨디션과 조식이었습니다. 다음에 마쓰야마에 가면 또 묵을 것 같습니다. 다만 베개가 좀 낮아서 추가 요청하려고 했는데 넘 늦은시간에 안내데스크에 말씀드려서 그런지 재고가 없다고 하시더라구요. 높은 베개가 필요하신 분은 미리미리 요청하시면 좋을 것 같아요^^

The hotel is just like its name, very comfortable. 😊 Good location and transportation. The shopping streets are a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
