The hotel is really well located, near the city's shopping district. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The bath is really nice, and the view of the city is beautiful. I will definitely consider returning to this hotel if I get the chance.

Next to a mile long covered shoppkng street that contects to another covered street that ends at the local train station. On the street with a street ca that goes to Dogo Onsen,Castle is a short walk away to take the cable car. Breakfast was good, had a mens and womens onsen. The front desk is on the top floor. Our room was quiet

Rooms feel a bit dated and stuffy

We were impressed when entering the hotel as the lobby was new and spacious. The rooms however are small and feel a bit dated. The bathroom had a smell. The windows cannot be opened hence it always feels a bit moist and stuffy in the room. The staff at the reception was excellent and very helpful. 5 stars for them!

The room was small for 3 people. We booked for 3 people but there were only 2 pillows and we had to go to the front desk to get another one. The bed was also small for 3 people. The toilet tank and the seat were dirty. I don't usually see that, but there was no place to put my clothes when I showered, so I was checking how clean the toilet was to put my clothes, and there was a lot of hair on the back of the toilet. It was a bad experience.
