Overall, it was about what you expect from the price or slightly expensive (but reasonable). The building is probably about 40 years old, and so the facility was deteriorating or run down, like cracks in the sink or stains on the wall. The mains for electricity was not easy to use - all mains were inactive when one is not in the room, making it hard to charge portable devices. Being equipped with public bath (with sauna) was nice, although it was also outdated. Breakfast was good, with the menus changing every morning, but only Japanese style. The staff was mostly nice and helpful.

主人が大浴場に入ろうとしたら、宿泊者の方が出入口の扉の鍵を閉めていたので、入れませんでした。 温泉を楽しみにしていただけ、残念です。 もう泊まることはありません。

部屋の鍵が開きづらく手が赤くなるほど苦労しました。また、事前にヘアアイロンを貸してほしい旨連絡したが返信がなく、到着時にフロントで確認するとないと言われた。 事前に支払いを済ませていたが、 12月から宿泊税が加わり、さらに支払いが必要となった。 以前からクチコミにあったとおり、未だエレベーターも内線も壊れており、部屋のエアコンは準備中で今後のリピートはないです。ありがとうございました。

到着して受付で契約駐車場の場所を聞いたところ、「裏の方です」と口頭での説明を受けました。当方は初めての利用でしたので、地理に疎く、迷ってしまいました。通常、場所や道順を記したペーパーを用意して渡すものと思います。そして、そのスタッフは態度もぞんざいでした。 また、朝7時ごろ、部屋の電源も落ちてしまいました。別のホテルにすればよかったと後悔しています

お風呂の大奥湯は、サウナ付で大変素晴らしい。 朝食も、バイキングで良かったです。 居酒屋が併設しているから、最高です。😀 一番残念は、部屋に併設している浴室です。😥😓 赤カビ・サビがあり、非常に残念でした😔 観える場所なので、非常にもったいない⁉️ お部屋の清潔感はあるのに・・・ 非常に残念です。
