「Lovely Characterful property in heart of Lucca. The staff were very helpful and quick to move us to a different room due to plumbing issues . The breakfast was good with a variety of choices . We were in good walking range to tourist sites and also very close to a very good pizza takeaway !」

「The room was average, but the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They ignored us, never greeted us, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality.」

「Mirko was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The shower had great water pressure, and I loved the light cotton towels, which dried very quickly. My window overlooked a secluded private garden, and on warm nights I could leave it open and fall asleep to the sound of crickets, then wake up to birdsong in the morning.
