"Very friendly staff, especially the front desk and breakfast attendant. The hotel was very clean. The renovation was very well done. The room did not smell. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion provided by the hotel. Only real complaint was that the lotion was a little watery (in comparison to the same brand at their Virginia/Norfolk location where we stayed at the day after). Breakfast was very good. No cold cuts; just bread and pastry items, cereals, and two options for waffles (mini and regular) with two flavor options. Also had some oranges. Did not get to use the pool as we got to the hotel late and had to leave early. Chose this hotel based on previous reviews and not disappointed. I would l definitely recommend and would go back if in the area. "

"Had a great stay at this hotel. The reception was very professional. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. And it was a great value for taking the kids to Busch Gardens for a quick weekend trip."

"Hampton Inns are our go to hotels. Always clean, courteous staff and good breakfasts. The location of this Hampton had a bit of traffic noise because of the busy road in front of it. If our room would have been in the back of the hotel, I’m sure the noise level would have been much less. "

She greets everyone with the biggest smile and speaks to you when you walk out and when you come back in. Such a refreshing human being that I personally appreciate tremendously. "
