"The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages. The key was left on the air conditioner outside then another key on a fake windowsill between the doors - anyone who had ever stayed there before would be able to come into my room. "We liked the clean room, comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast was good. The towels were very thin and the design of the sink and tap in the bathroom meant that the water splashed everywhere whenever used. There weren’t enough towels to make the bathroom usable. There was no body lotion which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the hotel lobby but there was never a member of staff there to facilitate this. The person who cleaned the room was very efficient."
