"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Langkawi. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made each of us—from our youngest child to the grandparents—feel right at home. "We like the location, which was reasonably central for us. I want to say the staff was absolutely amazing. Their hospitality was next to none. There was ample parking. The property is dated Ave requires renovations, however it was OK. I would stay here again. "

"The Limasan Villa property is in the middle of rural place surrounded by native houses and is very near the airport. aircraft noisy is terrible. The property is far from the beach and the main street. And rural road is narrow and uneven, also smells bad. The house is very dark, gloomy , unclean floor and whole place smells The manager behavior was very cruel. when we tried to solve a problem， the managerwouldn't cooperat and force us move out our luggage outside the main gate and expel us...

"Staff incredibly helpful and kind the whole stay. Rooms are modern and clean with daily housekeeping and fresh waters. Pools and surroundings (deck chairs etc) are clean and nice. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. "

"Lovely friendly welcome by the staff and continued to be super friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely- pool fantastic an great views too. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Room was quite small and compact for 2 people. One of our cases had to lie on the floor and no ‘physical’ wardrobe- just a rail with about 4 hangers on so that was disappointing. Shower was great and didn’t want to get out of it. Food and drink were good- did only eat on the first night but was good. Aside from the size of the room we had a great stay here. Many thanks "
