「My room card did not work, had to walk back to the front desk to have it re-keyed, no remote or microwave, towel had dirty splattered on it, i was moved to a new room and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and none of the vending machines worked」

We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. The smell when we arrived and after housekeeping cleaned the room was not very pleasant. The toilet seat did not have a cover which is not very sanitary. Netflix stopped working on the television. The front desk attendant said to try restarting everything because he wasn’t sure how to fix...
