「I loved the clean room and house keeping staff but I was kicked out of the lounge area as I need to handle a business meeting and was told to go back to my room rudely by security.」

「Overall our stay was good at Jayden hotel. Fairly close to the Masjid Al Nawabi, 5 mins walk to the courtyard and then on to the masjid interior. The hotel itself was better than expected, staffs were accommodating and friendly, general cleanliness and condition of the hotel, seemed newer except the hotel rooms are tiny. 「Room is good. However, there is a low table in the room and could cause injury while moving around it. Bathroom is good too, but sink faucet is to close the sink edge and makes it hard to wash hands and face. Toilet paper location is behind the toilet!」

「This was our first experience of staying in Makarem Haram View Suites and we were pleasantly surprised with its location (literally next to the Masjid-e-Nabawi), the cleanliness and spotless decor of the rooms, and very friendly staff. Our suite had plenty of space (a large sitting room, a spacious bedroom, two bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen - what else can one ask. Inshallah will be staying there whenever in Madinah al Munawara in future. 」
