The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The spa service was one of the highlights, so relaxing and well done. I also loved that they had Indian food options on the menu, which made things even more comfortable. A big shoutout to Nanda, Karisma, and Koning for making the experience so memorable. "We booked private villa with swimming pool and two rooms. The room is spacious but the facility is out of date. Water for shower is low pressure, event no water when taking shower. A lot of mosquitoes! Electrical cracker keeps turn off so often. Breakfast buffet is good but not many choices. Staff is friendly and helpful. We also have body massage, be advised no private room for each person. Location is good to visit places and closed to the dock."
