「Awful communication from the host and whoever is on their team.
They were rude and unhelpful.
The room was not fully clean.
All silverware was dirty and sticky.
The room also had a thermostat that could not be adjusted so it was 27° inside and too uncomfortable to get good rest.
Never again!」
