"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. ..."

"The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided. My flight will be in the morning so hopefully they can have a room ready ..."

wunderbare Skiwoche mit Kids

"alles wunderbar; Skiraum mit Schuhwärmern zum Trocknen, kleine Sauna mit Tee/Wasser, Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Tee/Kaffee und weiteres zur Selbstbedienung. Kinder Spielzimmer einfach aber ok. Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür."
