「After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss. After a bit she called her boss and he did put us in a king suite for no extra charge. We got into the room and the bathroom was filthy. But the bed was a very...

「All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate.」

「The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.」

「My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.」
