My biggest concern is that when management let a person who is not registered or had no ID change my room without asking or getting permission from me to change rooms. He had no right To do that. "We so wanted to love this hotel, and while it was great in many ways, it also fell short in some. Staff was great, especially Roy at check-in and the Chef at breakfast. Downsides: Hot water ran out at a critical moment when trying to take a shower. Evidently this is a common complaint. Be aware… Also, the advertised indoor pool would have been fantastic - except that it isn’t heated, thus cold as can be. We skipped that. The hotel is right next to I-101 and while the windows are great, there is a bit of ambient noise during the night. Not much. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful, nice and modern, with beautiful furnishings. It is a mere 6 min to Healdsburg and close to other nearby towns. Affordable for sure! "
