「Nice and clean 」

「This is the best hotel in Eugine. We stay here everytime. The room is clean, the bed and pillow are great. The breakfast is also good, but I miss the one before COVID-19」

「When I initially checked into the hotel The first room I walked into smelled like smoke with the air conditioner on. I went to the lobby and exchanged my keys for a different room. The new room was a little better regarding the smell of smoke but the bed and bedding was awful. I pulled back the terribly worn comforter and sheets and it was like there was no mattress pad and it felt like there was just a sheet laying on top of the mattress. I felt so uncomfortable that I slept in my clothes and...
