「Staff was great, and very flexible to my desires! Spoke great English and French.」

「Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and fields. There was some confusion with the check in process. We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. 「Convenable et personnel sympathique」

「It’s very high standard quality room. Restaurant is outstanding food is great. Location is very nice and quite. Perfect space centre next door. Highly recommend」

「Ruime, schone kamer, prima ontbijt, Goede hulp bij alle vragen.」

「We were greeted by a receptionist who seemed to speak very little French or English. She just handed us a phone to speak to someone else (the owner?) who said that the room was booked for one person and we would be charged extra money for 2 people. We have a confirmation email stating that the booking is for 2. We have written to the hotel, his reply says we could have cancelled or relocated - a ridiculous thing to say when we are standing there at 17.00 with our bags after a long journey. What...
