We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful grounds, and trail that surrounded the chateau. It was a very tranquil and relaxing setting and the breakfast had a great variety.
Amazing place, really friendly staff and owner . Great location for peace and quite with walks around the area.
Superb restaurant just down the lane. Rooms full of character.
Breakfast had good choice and fresh.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful castle, located in a quiet surrounding. Everything was great, very friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious, nicely designed rooms, just wonderful. We truly hope to come back.
Beautifully situated, lovely building and gardens. Good restaurant opposite road. Excellent breakfast near the woodfire. Very nice and friendly personnel. Will certainly come again.
Beautifully renovated family room for 4 people, complete with 2 bathrooms! Excellent customer service, great price, and beautiful grounds! I don't have any complaints, but please know this property ha e a lot of stairs to the family room we stayed in and the bathrooms are open or partially open. However I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.
Oh my word the property was gorgeous. The grounds were so pretty. The staff was nice and friendly and caring. I felt like I was a guest in their home and they were pulling out all the stops to make sure we had a good time. The room was upstairs - the staircase was circular and quaint and the room was spacious and fabulous. Highly highly recommend this hotel. 10/10.
We stayed on a Monday, so the restaurant was closed but we knew this beforehand. The place is beautifully renovated, we had the tower room, we got lost a few times having to go up stairs along a hall through more doors and up more stairs. Bit disorientating but we figured it out. Didn’t realise the bathroom was going to be the feature of the room, not our style but it was a beautiful bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful at night so slept well and restaurants in the town were open just a short drive away. Beautiful location too.
Outstanding ! Fantastic ! Worth driving to this chateau. It is an individual kinda hotel. The rooms are large and clean and very unique. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. We went to the grocery and bought an array of cheeses and a few baguettes and decided to have a picnic dinner.
The staff brought us plates and cutlery, stoked the fire (they have multiple fire places ). We had a wonderful time in front of the fire with our picnic.
This one is a 10 out of 10 !!
Very nice place for people and our dog. Stayed for three nights. Interesting architecture in our “classic” room. Modern and still a lot of old charm. Reception cozy with fire place and a good selection of drinks from honesty bar. Nice surroundings for walks, about an hour around the lakes. Friendly staff. Recommended
