「Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can.」

Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the hotel manager's poor hospitality manners further...
