Carlo ci ha contattati tempestivamente per confermare la prenotazione e ha mantenuto una comunicazione costante e impeccabile sia prima che durante il soggiorno, fornendoci informazioni preziose e ottimi suggerimenti sulla zona, inclusi ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Il giorno dell’arrivo ci ha gentilmente informati che le camere sarebbero state disponibili prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in, un’attenzione che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio in auto. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e ci ha accompagnati nelle camere, arredate con gusto e cura nei dettagli. La villa è davvero suggestiva e si integra perfettamente con il magnifico paesaggio circostante, offrendo un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità. La mattina seguente abbiamo gustato una deliziosa colazione accompagnata da un ottimo caffè, serviti con una cura e un’attenzione degne di una struttura a cinque stelle. Durante tutto il soggiorno, Carlo si è dimostrato un host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, premuroso e genuinamente interessato al nostro benessere. "This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very hot and the window and shutters need to be kept closed for the simple air conditioner to have any level of efficiency. There were 3 flights of steps which our elderly dog found challenging."

"I could not recommend Emma and Jonas' B&B more! It was the absolute highlight of our trip. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, the location is perfect, parking was easy, the homemade breakfasts were delicious, and their hospitality went above and beyond. We enjoyed their company immensely, and they even made reservations for us at some truly stellar restaurants. They also upgraded our room simply because they could! Ripatransone was the perfect setting for our trip: a peaceful spot away from the crowds, with incredible beaches, stunning mountains, and an authentic taste of Italy. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return. Thank you both, we are so incredibly grateful! xx"

"A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche."
